Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are generally dispatched the following business day. Australian orders sent via standard shipping will be delivered within 3 to 8 business days from day of dispatch. Orders sent via express shipping will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days from day of dispatch.

International orders sent via standard shipping will usually be delivered within 4 to 9 business days from day of dispatch. International orders sent via express shipping will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days from day of dispatch. T
his is an estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

How will I know my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed and payment is made, you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm your purchase.  

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

We use Australia Post for parcels; please click the link in the shipping confirmation that was emailed to you to check the status of your order. If it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please make contact with our team and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please ensure you double check the delivery address as once an order has been dispatched, Kids Kicks will not be liable for any replacement or refund. Please however contact us as soon as you become aware of the error as we can always change the receiver's address PRIOR to dispatch.
