Refunds on Full Priced Items

In the event, your purchase is not what you expected, please return the item/s within 14 days from the date you receive them (over the Christmas period, we have extended this to 30 days). All items must be unworn/unused and in the original packaging. To arrange a return please email the order details and reason for the return to info@kidskicks.com.au and we will advise the next steps.

Kids Kicks does not carry the cost of the return postage, unless of course there is a defect with the product. In this case, please take a photo of the defect/s and email the details through to info@kidskicks.com.au

N.B - All returns or exchanges sent to Kids Kicks must have a valid tracking number. Kids Kicks will not be liable for items lost in transit.

Any Australian orders that don’t meet the minimum free shipping spend of $150 will incur a flat fee of $9 to cover the original shipping and handling cost. This will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

It takes approximately 3-5 business days for us to process returns from the date items are received at our office.  

Refunds are made via the same payment method that was used at the original time of purchase.

Exchanges

We know it can be tricky selecting the correct size online every time, that's why we are now offering FREE standard shipping when you need to swap a pair of shoes due to incorrect sizing. So if you receive your purchase and find that the size is incorrect and we have the correct size in stock, we will ship it out to you for FREE. The cost of returning the original pair of shoes to us will be at your expense, but now you don't have to worry about paying Kids Kicks to ship twice!! Now, that's what we call risk-free shopping.

Sale Items;

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
