What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay.

I’m unsure of which size to purchase, how can I find out?

If you are not sure of your child's shoe size simply follow these instructions:

  1. Find a ruler, a pen and a piece of paper.
  2. Tape the paper to the ground and place your child's foot on it.
  3. Draw a line behind their heel and another line in front of their longest toe.
  4. Measure the distance between the lines in centimetres and check the relevant guide to find the right size!

Do you have a size guide for each product?

Yes, we do. Simply follow the size guide links provided in the product descriptions specific to the particular brand. If you would like more information please email us at info@kidskicks.com.au and we will gladly assist you.

How do I contact Kids Kicks?

When will my order get shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been sent.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once payment has been made. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please get in touch with us via email.

Can I return sale items?

Please choose sale items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items for change of mind.
